This is a long, mid-mountain route. Along the way, some remains of the old stone paved path can be still seen. Water is another element that is constatly present along the route. The river Gallo is the stream that is followed during the first stage of the route, and the river Umia is the one of the section that joins O Pontón and Ponte Sampaio, passing by Cequiril and Fontecova, to return finally to Cuntis.
Of interest:
- Views from Catadoira and Camiño Ferrón. - Pools and waterfalls in the course of the river Gallo. - Small villages of Cequeril, Fontecova and Rogadío.
